Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. If you apply for a loan, you'll also receive our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your nonpublic personal information under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

Information you give us through forms

When you send a form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name, mobile phone number and email address
• What you'd like help with (for example, buying or refinancing) and any note you add
• On investor forms: the property type, your plan for the property, your timeline and, if you add it, the property's city and state
• Whether you checked the box agreeing to calls and texts, the exact consent wording, and the time you submitted
• The page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, campaign tags such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid

Our forms never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income or account numbers. Form submissions go through our server to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, LeadHackers, which is built on the HighLevel platform. To prevent spam, our server briefly processes your IP address and ignores automated submissions.

Our forms don't ask for your state. Our CRM may record a default state on each submission, which may not match where you or the property are located.

How we use it

• To reply to your request by email, and by phone or text if you agreed
• To schedule and remind you of appointments you book
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements, including keeping a record of your call and text consent

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages, including those made with automated technology or an AI assistant, from Iron Hill Mortgage about your mortgage inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us send messages and run our CRM, and they may use it only for that purpose.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, general location (city level), device and browser type, the site that referred you, and actions such as clicking to call, text or book, and completing a form. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to do this. We turn off Google signals and advertising features, and we never send your name, phone number or email address to Google Analytics.

We do not use session replay or screen recording, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).

Calculators

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us or stored.

Booking calendar

Our booking calendar is provided by our CRM and loads only when you choose to open it. Information you enter there goes to our CRM so we can confirm and remind you of your appointment.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, messaging and hosting providers), when required by law, or as described in our Privacy Notice if you apply for a loan.

Security and retention

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep form and consent records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices and questions
